In addition, thanks to operational and commercial synergies, the port will be able to continue its growth path, started a few years ago with important results in terms of occupancy, obtained by careful management and the commitment of all employees.
“In the coming months, a redevelopment project will be presented, in collaboration with the Municipality of Brindisi and the Port Authority, aimed at generating a positive impact on the satellite activities and the development of the local area.”
Marinedi Group took control of marine operations at Marina of Brindisi after the bankruptcy of the previous majority shareholder and this acquisition sees the completion of ownership, and represents the Group’s broader growth plan aimed at consolidating its presence in strategic areas of the Mediterranean, providing innovative services and an increasingly integrated marina network.
Marconi concluded:
“In three years, thanks to the efforts of our Group, we have recorded an increase In turnover of more than 90%, with the port almost completely filled. Today, with full control and financial security in place, we can look to the future with a long-term development plan, which also includes the expansion of berths-particularly for maxi-yachts-strengthening Brindisi as the main hub of the Lower Adriatic and Ionian Sea.”
