Sparfell Group acquires equity stake in Neo Yachting
Sparfell Group has acquired a strategic equity stake in Neo Yachting, marking a natural step in the Group’s continued development as an international provider of fully integrated services.
Neo Yachting, founded and led by Nicolas Valin, specialises in yacht charter, sales, management, and new build/refit. Founded in 2009, the company offers yacht sale and purchase, charter, charter management, yacht management or consulting, delivering fully bespoke yacht charter experiences, from selecting the ideal yacht and crew to designing personalised itineraries and destinations. Headquartered in Nice, Neo Yachting is also present in Hamburg, Helsinki, Hong Kong, Praha, Singapore, Split, Stavanger & Zürich.
Valin, Founder and CEO of Neo Yachting, said:

Neo Yachting will continue to operate under its recognised identity, with Nicolas Valin remaining CEO.
Sparfell is a one-stop shop for luxury travel and lifestyle services, offering tailored solutions across private aviation, yachting, VIP transfers, travel arrangements, and other high-end concierge services. Founded in 1950 and HQ in Geneva, it offers a charter fleet totalling 35 aircraft.
