Yacht brokers Denison Yachting and One Water Yacht Group merge
Yacht brokers Denison Yachting and One Water Yacht Group have merged and will operate with the same leadership but under the Denison Yachting brand. This merger represents the integration of two leading companies within OneWater Marine, a publicly traded company with 28 subsidiary brands, aligning Denison Yachting and OneWater Yacht Group under one brand.
The combined company will have a network of 23 offices across the United States and Europe, 180 brokers, and 800+ active listings, specialising in the buying, selling, and ownership of luxury yachts worldwide, leveraging industry-leading technology, marketing, and full-service offerings, including new yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crew placement, and after-sales service.
Denison Yachts was born out of the launch of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, by Frank Denison in 1948, and is now in the third generation of family ownership. Today, the company provides complete yachting services worldwide, including superyacht sales, yacht charter, yacht management, crew placement, and new construction. Denison operates out of over 23 waterfront offices with a team of 180+ licensed and bonded yacht brokers. Financing, insurance services and yacht management, including vessel build, refit, operation and maintenance, are also available.

One Water Yacht Group was formed in 2017 as a roll-up of several yacht brokerage firms, by One Water Marine, including Grande Yachts and Tom George Yacht Sales. OWYG has operated independently from Denison until now.
With branded sales offices in Southeast Florida, North Carolina, New York, and Maryland; the OneWater Yacht Group also has satellite offices in Clearwater and Destin, Florida, Lake Lanier, Georgia, as well as Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Partnered with Bradford Marine it provides services ranging from custom carpentry and fabrications to painting and refinishing, master mechanics, and dockside hospitality. It also offers financing options.
As stated in the press release, this announcement is not to be confused with the acquisition of Denison Yachting by One Water Marine in 2022. Through the completed deal, Denison Yachting’s new yacht portfolio expands to include Absolute Yachts, HCB, Riviera, Prestige, and Belize Yachts. In addition, the company became the largest Sunseeker dealer worldwide, further strengthening its position as a global leader.
